If they are human hair then its easy to take care of them ^-^ simply just give them a good conditioning let them sit for a while, rinse, then let them air dry so they don't get all frizzy like if you blow dry them.
i own extensions myself ^^ clip in 18 inch ones and thats how i keep them nice
