How often should i change/replace clip in human hair extensions?

i used to wear them while waiting for my hair to grow they were great because i never straightened my natural hair now its half way down my back i wore them for about 9 months and changed them about 3 times it depends on what you do with them if you wear them all the time like i did they will get ruined quickly just don't wash them they should stay nice if you don't wear them so much i recommend you don't wear them though they cause alapesha i had thinning hair in the places were i clipped them in because they put so much strain on tbem i guess any type of extention isnt good for ur hair!How often should i change/replace clip in human hair extensions?

Some people think it is unethical as the hair can come from young girls etc. But it is important to remember that the hair is donated to temples, it isn't stolen or forced. It is normal for their culture, there was a documentary on human hair extensions and at the end they said its a good thing because if we didnt buy the hair there would be many people without food and shelter. I guess if you buy from a reputable supplier then hair extensions can be good :) How often should i change/replace clip in human hair extensions?
